Our Policies:

Ordering by Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

Ordering by Check: For check orders, your check must clear before your order will ship. When paying by check please add $15.00 to your order to cover shipping and handling. Your order will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Ordering by Mail: If you would prefer to place an order by mail or phone please feel free to contact us at (732)922-2635 or you can mail in your order to 635 Wayside Road Neptune, NJ  07753. Please be sure to include your complete shipping address as well as your check or complete credit card information (name as it appears on card, billing address, expiration date and card number).  

Handling:  We charge a nominal fee of $5.00 per box.

Shipping: We ship US Priority Mail, US Express Mail or Fed Ex. We do not mark up our shipping charges. Whatever the carrier charges us based on the method of shipping you choose, is what you will be charged. Because we only charge what the carrier does, you will be billed separately for shipping after your order is shipped out. We ship Monday and Tuesday of each week, weather permitting. We will ship on Wednesdays only if the order is sent overnight.

Tax Charges: For orders made only from New Jersey, a 7% sales tax is added.

Back Order:  We do not back order. If item is not in stock, but still appears in the catalog we will contact you about this matter.

Guarantee:  We assume full responsibility for the condition of the product we sell upon the customers receipt of same. If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can rectify the problem.  We can not assure future performance of the plant(s) after 24 hours in your possession.  Culture conditions will determine future performance of your plants, therefore anything after 24 hours we can not be held responsible for.
